Life is in full swing around here..hence the lack of photos and posts. I need to get cracking because these kids are getting older and cuter with each passing day.
We have soccer, piano, scouts, gymnastics, church stuff and parties to fill our time. Noah has decided that putting his feet down and refusing to do things is a great idea. Especially when we are in a huge hurry or we are physically exhausted from a long day. We are frustrated, but I am secretly so happy that this child who wasn't talking is now demanding and making sure his needs and ideas are heard. One must see the face he makes when he is mad. It is priceless. I will try and capture it on film. We love him to the moon, quite literally sometimes. This weekend we're having a spook alley in our hallway complete with fog machine. :) This should be fun and insane since the next day we're heading on a mini trip to Napa with the kiddos.
Of course the weather currently is 84, but by next week it will be a meager 64 with rain. Who cares.
A condo, vacation, a pool and hot tub. :) Yahoo!
Emi convinced me this AM that she was needing to stay home because she was sick. Sick of school, that is. She has the sniffles and boy by 1:30 she was pushing all the boys' buttons. Fool me once...
But she IS the loveliest girl. I do adore her to no end and she is super funny! Just ask her to place Nightguard with you.We couldn't hold back the laughter.
Isaiah still sleeps part of the night in our bed. :P I am really trying to break him of it before I literally can't function from lack of a solid night's sleep, but I'm just too tired to fight it in the wee hours...he knows that so hence he's there. Every. Night. I will say that if we could find a square mattress for him he might be okay. He just needs a large sleeping arena.
Yes, arena. He likes to move, lay sideways, kick, get right next to the edge of the pillow, talk (I want that-has been heard loud and clear at 4 am), and of course, sitting up and laying down and yawning. It's a good thing that he constantly proclaims that he likes me and gives me loves. He is adored by us all!
Elijah has a bit of an obsession with the computer. Well, all electronics, but he's even encouraged his 4th grade teacher to try Roblox on his homework! He writes soooo well. He's funny and kind and a little bit of a problem whenever we are trying to have a family moment, but hey, we'll keep him! Love him to no end!
This is after a soccer game. In October. 90 degrees. We don't do that temp well here.
He couldn't even muster a real smile. haha
We are loving every minute of life...well most every minute and can't wait for all the fun that lays ahead! Especially in November...
